Law Of Attraction - Why Don't I Have What I've Been Asking For?

When we ask for something, the Law of Attraction says that it must come to us. So why don't you have what you've been asking for?

In this time/space dimension we live in, there's a lag time between asking for something and having it show up in our lives. The question is, what are you doing in the meantime, in between asking for something and receiving it? Are you focusing on it, imagining it in your life, getting into the feeling-space of having it, activating the "vibration" of it? Or are you sending out conflicting messages to the Universe, such as, "I know it's really not possible... I don't think I'm worthy of that... Great things never happen to people like me... etc"?

When you put a positive request out there, it starts the ball rolling towards you, bringing that which you desire. And for every negative request you think or say, it either puts the brakes on, or actually starts another, less-wanted ball rolling towards you. Could that explain why you're getting unwanted things in your life, and the things you want are eluding you?

So here's the fix: Watch your thoughts. Any time you can catch a negative thought and turn it into a positive one instead, you're helping to keep that ball rolling.

Put it into Practice: Choose a 7-day focus

Choose one thing to focus on for the next 7 days. Write a positive intention about something you want to bring into your life, such as "My body is healthy and vibrant." or "I live an abundant, free-feeling life." or "My relationship is loving, caring, strong, and nurturing." Choose a statement that sums up how you want to feel in an area of your life. Write it down so you can refer to it many times over the next 7 days. Any time you catch yourself offering words or thoughts that contradict your new intention, refer back to what you wrote. Repeat it, feel it, send it out into the Universe as a message with focus.

Do you prefer phone calls? Do you prefer face-to-face interactions? Hold open houses and meet people face-to-face, all the time. Really get into face-to-face opportunities. Spiritual Atheism

Why Even Bother With The Law Of Attraction?

Since the beginning of time, mankind has looked to the stars and watched the natural order of things and questioned all of it. Mankind has always struggled to find it's place among the stars, and this little spec of dust in the entire universe. We have watched the process of birth and death and wondered about all of it.

From the very beginning of mankind's ability to think and question, we have wondered why we are here. Where we have come from. Where we are going. What it's all about and if there is a bigger picture to all of it that we just don't see or understand.

It's natural for us all to question our place within society, ourselves, our lives, the world, and the universe. To wonder if there is a greater power out there or not, an almighty being above us, or numerous all mighty beings as some people believe.

It's normal for us to seek answers in order to allow us to give life meaning and add value to our experience on this planet. Many people let others tell them what their place and their purpose is on this planet and within their lives. The fact of the matter is this, none of us truly knows exactly what our lives are about and what our purpose here is.

There is no hidden secret that holds the answer for us. There is no special place where we can go and get the answer to the purpose of our lives. In the end, our purpose here on this planet and within our lives is what we make it.5B5

It's on each of us to find and discover our own purpose on this planet and among society. You have to take the time to figure out for yourself what you want to represent and stand for. That's what gives life value. That's what enriches life and gives it color.

The people in the world with no drive, no passion, no goals, nothing to move toward are usually the most miserable and sad people around. Goals and dreams and those things that we value are what give us motivation, they give us passion, they give us something to move toward and work for. They are what inspire us and make us want to get up early with a little bit of zest in our step.

At the end of the day, the only real answers any of us have are those we accept and find for ourselves. This is where the law of attraction comes in. Each and every one of us has to discover what our passion, our motivation is.

We all need to take the time to discover what we want our lives to represent and what we want our life stories to be about. We must learn to use the law of attraction to our advantage in order to make that story a reality. We must discover what our gift to the world is and begin to use every single resource we can find in order to bring that gift to the world.

So ask yourself now why you are here. Where you are going. Where do you fit into the bigger picture of things.

Not all of us are destined for huge things, and there is nothing wrong with598 that. The person who builds a multi-million dollar corporation can find just as much joy and peace in their life as the person who buys a cabin by a lake and spends their days making wooden furniture.

But we must all take the time to find our contribution to the world and give to that gift as much time and energy as possible. We must learn to use tools such as the law of attraction to help us accomplish those tasks and goals. The law of attraction is just another understanding of how we can contribute more to the world than we take from it.

Self Help And Spirtual Guide

Law of Attraction Manifestation Exercise# 10 - How To Quickly Feel Relief From Guilt

As most of us know, the feeling of Guilt is probably one of the hardest emotions to deal with. It is a kind of a punch-in-the-gut feeling you would do just about anything to rid yourself of. It can sometimes make you cringe, want to run away, or do anything humanly possible you can do to make it better.

So is there any benefit to the emotion at all? Actually it depends. Is it a "healthy guilt" or an "unhealthy guilt."

Now some people might ask what on earth is a "healthy guilt"? A "healthy guilt" can be simply a sign post from your higher self or Universe, if you prefer, that there are some things you might like to do differently in the future than you have been doing.

For instance, if you haven't given your children the attention they deserve lately because you have been so busy and you feel that little guilt nudge, it is simply a sign that you need to change the situation a little.

If you haven't been eating properly or taking as good care of yourself as you should be, you can use the nudge to start to change things.

So what then is an "unhealthy guilt"? An unhealthy guilt is normally a feeling you get from outsiders who tell you that you are doing "it" wrong or that you are somehow not living up to "their" standards.

Unfortunately, it is this guilt that can do the most damage to your self-esteem and well-being and the one that needs to be dealt with quickly if you want to start feeling better.

The following story is an example:

A girlfriend of mine goes to her family's house every Christmas Eve and then has Christmas Day at her house. Her 8 year old son is currently the only child in the family and her entire f5B4amily looks forward to his delight and excitement during the holidays.

But, because he is the only child, quite often she finds that everyone else wants to give him the presents he wants most on his list, leaving her to the task of trying to divide what favorite things he will open on Christmas Eve and what he will receive on Christmas Day.

Last year the big gift was going to be the Wii system. His grandmother had managed to get her hands on it (which most people know was almost an impossibility last year) and the rest of the family were thrilled to buy some of the games that went with it.

My friends son had already been told not to expect the game because of its limited availability, so everyone couldn't wait to see the excitement on his face when he opened it.

Sure enough on Christmas Eve he opens the Wii system and is super excited! He is jumping around eagerly as his father takes the hour it takes to set the whole system up. However, once the game is set up, the adults practically pounce on it. Because they too, can't wait to try it out after hearing so much about it.

So while my friends son got to try it out first the first few minutes - he had a bunch of adults who kept asking him for the controller so they could give it a shot. They playfully argued with each other "No! you have to twist your arm this way to hit it" or "No, you have to step closer to the T.V., " etc. as they all tried to figure i5B4t out.

After about 10 minutes my girlfriend noticed her son had left the room and she went to look for him. She found him sitting quietly in another room by himself playing his regular Nintendo DS game. He wasn't angry or upset, but just seemed to accept the situation and was keeping himself entertained. She, however, did feel bad because not only was he not able to play his new game, but judging from the laughter inside, she knew he also wasn't getting his hands back on the game anytime soon. So she went into her pocketbook and pulled out one of the new DS games she was saving to give him Christmas morning. She figured he was being such a good sport and she knew how excited he was going to be about this game as well because he had been asking for it for so long.

Sure enough he was thrilled and couldn't wait for her to open it. Everything was great until her mother walked in the room and flipped out. "I cannot believe how much you spoil him!" she fumed. "Here he just got this new game inside that any kid would be thrilled to have and you feel you just have to give him more."

"But Mom" my girlfriend replied "no one is letting him play it"

"That's too bad" she said. "He can wait a few minutes while others try it. But no, he comes running to you and you give him whatever he wants."

"Mom, he didn't come running to me, I had to go find him. And he wasn't complaining at all, which was one of the reasons I gave iB67t to him."

"Well, that is just ridiculous!" her mother huffed. "I would have never spoiled you or your brother or sister like that. You never received a single gift before Christmas morning when you were kids and we made sure you appreciated every single thing you got. And now here he is, getting such a great gift on Christmas Eve, but that's not enough, you have to give him more."

Now my girlfriends' poor son, who had been sitting there quietly and hadn't done anything wrong to begin with, voluntarily handed the new game back to his mother. "It's O.K., Mom. I can wait to play this tomorrow," which melted my friend's heart even more - but also made her even angrier with her own mother.

She gave her son the DS game back and told him to go inside and play it. Meanwhile the guilt trip her mother had just given dampened both her and hers sons enjoyment of the rest of the evening.

You see, it is these kinds of guilt trips you need to watch for. When someone tries to make you feel guilty for doing something that goes against their own personal belief system, but that you might feel differently about.

Now I know my girlfriends mother truly had only good intentions when she said what she said. I know it was only her concern for her grandson's well-being that made her upset with her daughter. And spoiling children was something she had always been dead set against. But the truth was, no matter how long the two of them could have argued their own point of view, neither was going to be able to make the other understand.

When I got concerned however, was when I saw the guilt my girlfriend was started to put herself through when she started doubting her own decision. She started wondering if maybe she was spoiling her son too much. Maybe the Wii should have been enough on Christmas Eve. Not to mention the guilt her son was feeling because he felt it was somehow his fault that his grandmother was upset -- even though he hadn't done anything wrong.

This is the kind of guilt which does not serve your higher good. Guilt that is inflicted by others because it is their way of trying to get you to act the way they want you to act or act the way, they themselves, would act.

And this is fine as long as you recognize it for what it is and do not let yourself carry it around with you.

Understand it is perfectly O.K. to have a difference of opinion but do not condemn yourself for the difference. Do not label yourself "a bad parent" because someone thinks you should do something differently.

So now for the Exercise that you can use. It is quick, simple, and can be surprisingly insightful.

The easiest way to find out if the guilt you are experiencing is "healthy guilt" or "unhealthy guilt" you simply need to ask yourself these two simple questions:

"Does this feeling make me truly want to act in a different way?" 5B5
"And will acting in a different way make me feel better?"

For instance, say you feel guilty about neglecting your best friend lately. Ask yourself the above questions. Does this feeling make me truly want to act in a different way? You might find yourself answering "Yes, I do want to call her more and spend more time with her." Will acting a different way make me feel better? You might say "Yes, seeing her more often and reconnecting will make me feel better." Than you can realize that this is a "healthy guilt" that is merely a sign post for you to follow and do things better in the future.

However, if you already talk to your friend 5 days a week and she is trying to make you feel bad for not being there all 7 days, you might find yourself answering "No, I think we talk more than enough and it will only make me feel resentful if I have to call her more often."

These two simple questions can work wonders. I had my girlfriend ask herself these questions regarding the "Christmas incident".

If she could do the situation over again would she want to act in a different way and would it make her feel better if she had? And her answer was a clear no. She would still want to give her son the gift and it would not have made her feel better if she hadn't. So it was clearly an "unhealthy guilt" based on someone else's expectations.

So start using this little exercise as of today. Anytime the feeling of guilt rea5B4rs its ugly head, ask yourself the questions above and get clearer on any move you should or shouldn't make. If you feel that you want to do something differently than start doing something differently as of NOW. Do not waste your time or emotion feeling bad that you didn't do it yesterday. Simply start now. Thank your higher self for the sign post and do what will make you feel better going forward.

And if you find that the guilt is unwarranted then recognize this and throw it away immediately because it obviously serves no purpose to you.

You will be amazed how easy it is to get rid of a guilty feeling when you deal with it head on instead of burying it inside you somewhere.

By asking yourself these questions you will either decide you want to do something about it - or you are happy doing things exactly the way that you are. Either way, the matter is settled and you can move on.

Happy Creating!

The Law Of Attraction - Help For Troubled Teens? Part 1

I stumbled upon the movie The Secret, of all places, while surfing through my cable's on demand channel. I was bored and looking for a movie to watch. I was laid off at the time and simply had nothing to do. I had actually5B4 just finished surfing the net looking for information on troubled teens. My 14 year old was skipping school, talking back and had a "I don't care about my future" attitude. We have 6 kids, 5 being teenagers, yet she was the only one pushing our buttons every chance she could.

At the time, if I could have afforded boarding school, boot camp or anything like it she'd have been on a plane. I came from a dysfunctional family and was out of the house at age 14. I took everything I'd learned from my experience and turned it around, making sure not to make the same mistakes my parents did. I wanted my kids to know how important, loved and special they were. And it seemed to be working out fine...until Amy turned 14.

Not having any idea what the Secret is I went and Googled it. It did seem interesting so I turned it on. I wasn't half way through before I realized this was big. I was actually upset, why hadn't I ever heard of this before? As soon as the kids got home, they watched it and we talked about it. I have pulled my troubled one aside many times since and shared with her some new thing I'd discovered. This year she is an honor roll student. Yes, we still have our moments, but none of them make me look up boarding schools!

What I try to point out to the kids the most is how to treat others and how the issues they face every day just may be their own doing. If you're focused on arguing with friends at school, fighti5B4ng, failing grades, mean teachers, bad hair days...then you may just get those things. So I always try to get them to RETHINK the situation. Yep, even for bad hair days. We have 6 kids..but 5 are girls. And I won't pretend that your appearance as a teen is completely silly and say some random "parent" statement like "you don't need to look good to go to school and learn". I do constantly point out those little things like "looks don't make a person" and "don't judge people because of their looks" , etc. So on those mornings when things aren't going well for them I remind them to focus on what is. And it is getting easier every time.

I noticed that the kids had taken only a slight interest in the universal laws. I even went and bought the master key system for them to read. They started reading it, but quickly got bored with it. At first I didn't understand why they weren't as excited as I was. To think I was middle class income, had never become a photographer and a writer, and had 6 kids because I thought that way! I knew about the 6 kids. I was an only child, and my Dad doesn't stay in touch with his sister very well. So I decided early that I wanted a houseful of kids so that I could have busy, bustling holidays with all the kids and grandkids when I got older. And only now when I think about it do I realize that I am late to every appointment..because I think "I'm always late". I never became a writer or a photograph5B4er because I stopped thinking "I'm going to be a photographer and a writer". If I knew then what I know now...I would welcome the Law of Attraction with open arms! Ahh to have this knowledge at the age of 19 like my son, or even 18..17..16..15..and 14 like my daughters.

So I bring up ways for them to deal with their problems, but I'm not pushing the attraction on them. Just by giving them suggestions on how to deal with things,I've started noticing; they don't seem to talk about their friends as much, when they want, something they will actually mention thinking about it and asking the universe(though I sometimes think they're just messing with me), and they don't seem to argue with each other as much. Yes, somehow the Law of Attraction has even helped them deal with each other, their friends and school in a more positive manner. But how, if I'm not teaching it to them? Through my "motherly advice".

Since I'm not teaching them "The Law of Attraction" but rather just giving motherly advice, but in a new form..it seems to be that I'm the one who has changed. I have found a new way to describe situations and how to handle them. I've given them a new way to look at other kids that "get on their nerves". I've given them a new way of looking at their future.

I actually have a few honor roll students now. There's more compromising, more promises kept and

less aggravation. When I was searching for help with troubled360 teens, I should have found this: Law of Attraction-Cheaper than boarding school or boot camp and way more rewarding!

What Is The Meaning Of Life

Dare To (Not) Compare

I was talking with a friend today. We were having this nice, empowering conversation, sharing ideas - and then we started analyzing another mutual acquaintance (already sound familiar?). Nothing terrible, but my friend astutely pointed out when our focus started slipping more toward the other person's shortcomings, and suggested we shift the discussion back to our own affairs. I, of course, being a (sometimes defensive!) Law of Attraction coach tried to validate the merits of our digression, saying there was no malice in our words - that we were just using the other person's behavior as a vehicle for learning. Thankfully, my friend wasn't completely buying in.

Talking about others is not the issue here by itself. People naturally come up in our thoughts and conversations, and it's entirely normal to reflect on them. The distinction arises in our tone of observation, in the way we feel. When we view others in kind, accepting, and complimentary light, good feelings are prevalent, and our vibrations are high. It's when we plunge into negativity and nit-picking that our vibrational levels take a turn south.

Unfortunately, killing off good feelings and high vibrations isn't difficult. It could start with something as 'harmless' as "Can you believe what that person is wearing?" And with that seemingly small judgment, the snowball is off and rolling. Law of Attraction plainly states 'Like attracts like.' So where there's one comment, there's usually one more, then another. Before you know it, that particular conversation - and likely many of your subsequent interactions - take on the low-vibrational tone of proving what's wrong with everyone else.

The need to compare is the real villain here. When you think or say something derogatory about ano5B2ther person, you're basically comparing yourself to them. What you're really saying is, "At least I'm not as bad as they are!" And in that moment, you create separation, vainly attempting to elevate yourself by diminishing another. You rise to the top by default, so to speak.

In reality though, up is not where you're heading. In fact, you're not moving anywhere at all. Comparing ourselves to others gives us a built-in excuse to stand still. By making ourselves appear better, we become convinced that we don't have to forward our own agendas (since we're already 'not as bad' as those people). It's a ticket to stagnation. Rather than focus on how WE could be growing, we shine a spotlight on exploited voids in another's life. Then, of course, we don't have to look to the one place which really matters - ourselves.

The good news is, like anything else, the lights can flip on at any moment. And just as my friend and I shifted our own thoughts and words to higher ground, so can you. In those moments when you find yourself magnetically diverting to finding fault and flaw with others, ask yourself this empowering question: "What does this say about ME?" Because if we're being completely honest, that's often the one place we don't dare look. What we find might not be the rosy picture we're venturing to paint. When we hold up the proverbial mirror, we are likely to discover we're no different from what we criticize in another.5B6

The need to compare is born from a place of lack and reeks of insecurity. It assumes the position that one thing is better than another, and that our take on the world is 'correct' (remember a few newsletters back... there's no correct anything, just different ways of seeing the universe). And while invoking comparison may give us the facade of feeling better about ourselves - of feeling worthy - when you slice to the core, it accomplishes exactly the opposite.

So the next time you feel drawn to comparison, step back and consider where it's coming from. Instead of using others to leap-frog your status in life, take a stance for acceptance and understanding, recognizing that any perceived differences you have with another is merely their unique version of the world. Jockeying for position is a formula for dissatisfaction and emptiness. It's where the term 'rat-race' originates. You can leave all that behind for the more fulfilling world of compassion and co-creation. When you drop the need to compare, an entirely new path unfolds before your eyes. People begin to show up for you in ways you never thought possible. Your life flows more smoothly than ever before. This is what happens when you align with your highest potential. And this is what humanity was always meant to be. It's in your hands. You have the power to change the world.

Until next time...

With love,

-Jeff

Ask Coach Jeff...

QuestionAE4: A romantic relationship I was in recently ended, and I can't get the person out of my head. I have limited our contact somewhat, but often find myself reminiscing, having feelings of jealousy, etc. When all's said and done, I'm left with being upset. How can I feel better about this?

W.M., -New Jersey

The Law of Attraction states simply 'What you give your attention to, you get more of.' When you reminisce with 'feelings of jealousy,' you come from a place of lack (i.e. I don't have that person in my life anymore), and it makes sense you would feel upset about it. So if you continue having those types of thoughts, guess what you're attracting into your life? More lack, and more upset feelings! I understand how difficult it can be to put someone out of your mind completely, but if you can do that, great (reducing 'limited' contact to NO contact may help here). This gives you no other choice than to think about something else - and if you make these new thoughts POSITIVE, you will attract positive events into your life. If you can't get the person completely out of mind (and no one would expect you to - random thoughts can and will pop into your head, especially if the relationship was important), just don't dwell on them. Deliberately focus on more high-vibration thoughts (such as wishing the person well, success/happiness/etc. With that small shift, you start to turn the tides in your favor. You begin to vibrate feelings of peace, gratitude, and genuine compassion for others. And when that happens, guess what you attract into your life - abundance! Try it and see what shows up for you.

Don't Stop Believing, the Law of Attraction is Still Working

Using the law of attraction is not about damage limitation; it's about creating your dream life! I talk to a lot of people who started out pass5B4ionately learning how to use the law of attraction a couple of years ago, who are now just using it to tread water. It's natural for us that some of the enthusiasm wears off when something is no longer new and exiting, and as we loose the enthusiasm, we start falling into our old habits.

I hear people who were planning to live out their dream say things like "I'm doing ok, at least I'm not creating anything bad for myself." I personally can not think of a less exited or more bland way to look at your life. Ok, so you haven't lost anything, and life is pretty much what it used to be so everything is fine, right? Wrong! You didn't start out using the law of attraction to maintain what you had. You started out building your dream life and somewhere along the way you experienced either impatience, lack off faith or plain old fear of not succeeding so you kind of gave up and re-wrote your dreams to fit you level of enthusiasm.

I'm not trying to make you feel bad about where you are; I'm trying to get you to dig up your original dream and start creating on that again. If you are trying to tell me that things have changed and that you now realize that you don't really want that house or car or career that you first set your sights on, I don't believe you for a second. Stop lying to me, and most importantly; stop lying to yourself. The law of attraction operates on how you really think and feel, not on what you tell yourself to feel5B4 better about giving up or loosing faith.

Stop feeling bad about not having achieved it yet, and start using the law of attraction to create your dream again! You don't know how something is going to come about, that's not up to you. Your part of the job is to visualize yourself already having what you want and feeling good about knowing it's on its way. The rest is up to the universe.

My friend had a steady, well paying job but wanted something that gave her more challenges. Over the course of a couple of years she was considering leaving her job for more exiting but less secure ones but never acted because she was afraid of making a bad decision. I watched as she was more and more bored in her old job and heard her passionately talk about the life she could see herself having if she only took the jump and left her stable job for a more exiting one. I tried to talk her into taking a leap of faith to realize her dream, but she was so caught in the paradigms of "safety over happiness" that she kept hesitating.

One day the universe acted for her. She called me up and told me she had just been let go from her stable well paying job; the company she worked for was closing down. As devastated as she was, she still acted fast and in five days she had a whole week of job interviews lined up. Here's the twist: she never even got to go to one job interview. Before the week was over she got a phone call from a company she had a16D0pplied to yeas earlier but didn't get the job. She always referred to it as her dream job. The company told her they had heard rumors that she was back on the job market and wanted to snatch her up before someone else did. Not only did this girl get her dream job, it paid much more than her previous job.

Do you think my friend could see that the law of attraction was about to make her dream come true the day she was suddenly without a job? Of course not, but she was given a huge nudge from the universe and she acted on it.

Even though she was afraid to leave her secure job, my never lost faith that she could have the job of her dreams; she kept dreaming, she kept believing, and she was rewarded.

What are you so afraid of? Is failing really the end of the world? The way is see it, there is not such thing as failure if you really, really tried. The only thing stopping you from having what you want is you. Trust in your power to use the law of attraction, and welcome your dream. As long as you are doing your part right; as long as you are visualizing and feeling good about what is coming, you are on the right track.

The universe gives us nudges along the way too, and the law of attraction is always working. Keep your eyes open and you'll find the next step forward.

Law of Attraction - Attraction with Rituals and Mind Power

Rituals are an important part of the manifesting process. Those who are greatly successful with applying the law of attraction understand that there is a sacred method to it. You perform rituals all the time, every day you have a set schedule in which you get up at a particular time and drive to work or catch the bus or train. When you brush your teeth that is a form of ritual.

To successful apply the laws of attraction you need to great a steady ritual of learning and manifesting practices. Without those rituals you are only skimming the surface of the attraction process. Pasting pictures around your home is merely goal setting. Your mind sees those pictures and you are reminded of what you want to attract but it is the rituals that allow the law of attraction to help you in manifesting what you want faster.

Rituals Connect You to Your Source

As you go about your day you continue to activate the law of attraction and what you get is more and more of what you are already living. Have you ever notice that few people ever really change their lives. Few people ever really manifest true abundance in their lives because they hold on to a ritual that has not changed. The law of attraction is a powerful tool. Use it with the correct ritual and you can have an outstanding life of abundance, ignore it and your life will be a repeat of what you are now experiencing.

When you use a good ritual with the law of attract you begin to move mountains and manifest what you desire a whole lot faster than you could ever have imagined. With each practice of the ritual you become a more powerful manifesting magnet. What you can comes easily and faster again and again.

The ritual trains you and connects you to the creative source that is necessary to manifesting.

The Mind is Like a Wild Horse

The human mind is like a wild horse and without proper training it can be a weapon used against yourself. This 5B4is where rituals help in training the mind so that you can best use the law of attraction to gain success.

To fully succeed with the law of attraction you need to learn the secrets of the inner mind and how to tame the mind to bring you what you desire to manifest in your life. Every spiritual teacher who understands the laws of attracts teach the necessity of learning the power of the inner mind. Law of attraction without the training of the mind is quite wasteful. It is like having a box of matches but never knowing what fire is or how to use it.

There is Value in Ancient Practices

Many law of attraction teachings may seem to esoteric for most people but really there is nothing scary or other worldly about them if you take the time to understand the science behind them. Many of these practices actually make the laws of attraction a lot easier to apply and your success rate even more outstanding.

If you have always don't what you have been doing chances are you will always attract what you have been attracting. However if you learn to dive into the unknown you can begin to manifest greater results. The mind is the kingdom to manifesting and the law of attraction follows the mind.

Do you know that there are ancient techniques that can increase your manifesting intentions and attract what2ED you want even faster than ever? Visit http://www.cosmic-wealth.com to learn more about these secrets teachings. Daniel Hinds is the author of the powerful ebook Magic Money.

Using the Law of Attraction to Your Advantage

If you are like me, and were totally intrigued by "the Secret" DVD/book, were you able to take what you learned and apply it immediately to your every day life? I have to admit I was skeptical. It is (or was) my nature. But instead of being my normal self, I decided to dig a little deeper, and listen/read it over and over again. The one thing that kept repeating itself to me was this: "If you don't like the results in your life, then you need to change your thoughts". Sounds ridiculously easy, and yet why cant we do just that? This is the whole premise of the Law of Attraction. This is what positive thinking can do for you.

It all makes sense, when you really think about it. Have you ever woken up in the morning, stubbed your toe on the bed, cut yourself in the shower, spilled your coffee, and the whole time you are thinking or saying to yourself, "this is going to be a bad day. I can tell already". Well, OF COURSE IT IS. You keep telling yourself that, and it will be done. Amazing how our brains work and then send that message out into the universe. Now what if you woke up, and said to yourself, "I am grateful for this warm bed that I sleep in, for the roof over my head, for the food in my belly, for my friends, for my dogs, etc.." Isn't that just a better way to start the day - by sending out positive thoughts out into the universe?

So in order to take advantage of what is no longer the Secret, but common knowledge, you need to take a look at your life as a whole. Take a look at every little thing/thought that comes into your day/your mind. Reverse the way you talk to yourself, if you find that you speak negatively or think negatively constantly. Try the opposite and see what happens. Immediately, you will see people responding to you differently. Depending on the depth of your negative thoughts/feelings, some might even be wondering if there is something wrong with you. But have no fear, because as you continue to alter the thoughts in your head, and the words that flow out of your mouth, those same words/thoughts are being tossed out in to the universe and will come back to you ten-fold.

One of the great tenants of the Law of Attraction is to be grateful on a daily basis. Yes, I know be grateful when I hate my job, my kids drive me5B2 crazy, I have debt, etc? Yes, because people who show and exclaim their gratitude display to the universe that they are open to receiving even more. And even though some may not be in the spot where they would like to be at this time in their lives, everyone should be grateful for something, shouldnt they? Clothes on your back, shoes on your feet, food in your stomach, transportation, clean water, etc. Especially in this country, we have so much more than most to be grateful for. Its the little things that amount to even larger things in the end. Allow that to come to you by opening up to the universe.

This world of ours would be such a happier place if more people worked hard on using the Law of Attraction. It would be a kinder, more giving universe. Imagine the possibilities. Do yourself and others a favor by using positive thinking to your advantage and creating a world of possibilities that you never knew existed.

Law Of Attraction - Which Of The 10 Manifesting Mistakes Are You Making?

1. You don't know what you want. Do you forget to ask yourself what you want? How are you supposed to create your reality if you don't know what you want? When we do this, we randomly go through life, just letting things happen to us instead of being the creator of our own reality.

In order to reach a goal, you have to have one first. Consistently know what you want ahead of time in more situations. For instance, ask yourself, what are the results I want from this business meeting, from my day at work, and so forth before the situation takes place? This allows us to have more control of the direction any situation takes.

2. Forget that thought is cause. We forget that the tiny invisible energy bodies we call thought are like computer chips all programmed to produce a result. If we want success and abundance then we must believe thoughts that produce success and abundance.

Remember, if we are consistently getting failure then it is because we believe a thought that is designed to produce failure. If we are in a dry mouth contest, and our mouth keeps watering, we are not losing the contest because we are not good enough, smart enough, or that it is impossible to win the contest. Our mouth may be watering because we keep imagining ourselves biting 5B4into a sour juicy lemon.

3. Believe that thoughts describe reality instead of create it. We believe that when we think, today was a bad day, Johnny is a jerk, or that I am not good enough, all describe reality. However, life has no choice but to move forward and how do you think it moves forward? It moves forward in the direction of a believed thought. What do you do when you believe the thought today was a bad day? What does your facial and bodily expressions look like, how do you sleep, how do you wake up, and how do others respond to you when you believe this thought?

Keep in mind that the thoughts you believe will continue to create your reality by producing results. Get in the habit of asking yourself, what will I continue to do and what are the results of believing this thought? Then notice if you like the results you will continue to get. If you don't like what will manifest, then believe a thought that is designed to produce the success you want.

4. Failure to learn the results of thoughts. Do you know what your thoughts are doing to you? Thoughts were designed as a tool to create feelings, behaviors and results. Do you know what thoughts create the results you want? If you don't, then you are not using thoughts to your full advantage.

Ask yourself more often what you do, feel and results you will continue to get when you believe a thought. You may discover that you5B4 have a lot more control over the success you get in life when you know and believe the thoughts that produce success.

5. Failure to believe thoughts on purpose. How many times do we just believe thoughts by default? We may just believe what everyone else around us believes, what we hear on the TV or what we read. However, believing what everyone else believes may not create the results we want in life. If we want to reach a goal and our entire family believes the goal is impossible; are we doing ourselves any favors by believing what they believe?

If we want success, then we can choose to believe thoughts that are designed to produce success. This may require that you believe thoughts that are out of the norm. Remember, we were born with the freedom to believe anything we want to believe. If everyone else believes your goal is impossible you can believe yes, it may be difficult but that doesn't mean impossible, instead.

6. Believe the Wrong thoughts. We have been taught that we need to think positive, but what we consider positive thoughts may not be positive at all. When you would like to complete a project in the quickest time possible, you will not have a tendency to reach your goal by believing the thought, I am happy just the way things are. What does believing this thought get us? Yes, we may have been taught that this thought is a positive thought because it feels good to believe it, but5B4 is it really positive for this goal? Isn't this thought designed to produce stagnation and peace? Wouldn't it be more beneficial to our success to activate the thought, I am willing to do what it takes to complete this project? If you were to believe this new thought, what results will you now get?

The first step in manifesting is deciding what you want, and then believing the thoughts that are designed to produce those results. Don't shoot yourself in the foot by believing the wrong thought. Do your best to find the thought that produces the results you want, and then consistently believe it.

7. Forget that we can predict the future. We forget that we were born conscious, which means that we can actually slow the mind down long enough to find out what results we will get if we believe any thought.

We can ask ourselves, if I believe this thought what will I do, feel and what are the end results of believing this thought. We can predict ahead of time what the outcome will be of any activated thought. We can see ahead of time if a thought will create the results we want, if it doesn't we can choose to believe another thought.

8. Forget that we don't have to believe everything we think. How many times do we believe a thought just because it's in our head? Do you ever find yourself believing a sad or depressing thought out of habit and then wonder why we have been sad and depressed?

Remember, 5B4you don't have to believe everything you think. The nice thing about being conscious is that we can ask ourselves if we really want to continue to believe any thought. Being aware and conscious allows us the ability to realize that if a believed thought isn't creating the outcome we want in life then we don't have to believe it for one second longer.

9. Believing that if a thought feels true then it is describes reality. Do you find yourself continuing to believe a thought because it feels true? Then, because it feels true you allow yourself to think the thought describes reality?

Remember that thoughts do not describe reality they create it. Next, keep in mind that all thoughts when believed are supposed to feel true. It is part of the program of the mind. It is a little signal that lets each and everyone of us know that the thought has been activated; is working and will continue to produce results. If you don't like the results you will continue to get, then even if it feels true, believe another thought.

10. Not using the gift of conscious awareness. When we don't take advantage of our conscious awareness, we are letting life unfold as if we were sleeping.

Consciousness allows us to slow the mind down so that we can see why we are getting what we are getting in life. When we are conscious we can realize what thoughts we believe, and then see for ourselves why we get what we get in life. We 480can see why we feel and behave the way we do. Then, if we don't like what we are getting, we can believe another thought that does allow us to get what we want in life.

Law of Attraction Myths Debunked

If you're anything like me, sometimes when you're working with affirmations, positive thinking and the law of attraction you can wonder: "How soon will this work?"

This is especially true when you're stuck and feeling like things will never budge.

We all have our "problem areas." These might be money, relationships, health, or some combination of the above.

This is usually because we have what I call a "psychic deficit" in that area of our lives. We've come to expect problems in that area and have deeply held beliefs that are negative.

Why do those negative expectations take root in the first place? Because we're psychic sponges who basically soak up all the "data" that is floating around us.

If you were raised in an atmosphere where money was a problem, you're going to have some negative expectations around money to overcome.

If you grew up around people who were very dysfunctional and uncaring, you'll have to do some work on releasing negative beliefs about receiving love and affection.

If you spent a lot of time around people who were physically ill or who were hypochondriacs - always worrying about health - you will have unconsciously picked up some of those same negative beliefs around your own health. So you'll have to discharge some of that build up of negative expectations around your health if your desire is to improve your health.

I'll be honest with you. It can take time - even years - to release negative beliefs in some of these "problem areas."

But the good new9DAs about affirmations and the law of attraction is that you can start seeing great results very quickly in areas that aren't your problem zones. If you have no build up of negative beliefs around something, you'll manifest wonderful stuff in that area quickly. So start working with some smaller, simpler goals and you'll soon be encouraged by how quickly great things manifest. This will give you encouragement and motivation as you start to tackle the harder stuff.

The less resistance you have around receiving positive things and events, the more you'll have success in using the law of attraction to manifest what you want quickly.

So I encourage you to dig a little bit, to be honest with yourself about negative beliefs that are deeply entrenched so you can become more aware of them. By shining a light on them and seeing them clearly you'll know what you need to start working on. And if you are persistent with tools like affirmations and visualizations, you will see positive results over time.

And in the meantime, start experimenting with the law of attraction for smaller, simpler things. You'll be amazed at how powerful you are at creating your own reality. Then it will be much less daunting as you start working on "bigger" projects.

And don't forget - have fun with it! The more you can be in a state of joy and excitement, the faster your intentions will manifest on the physical plane.

Walt Disney

Look For The Bare Necessities

Do you remember Disneys version of the Jungle Book?

There is this bear called Baloo, who is considered to be the bum of the jungle. Now, in reality Baloo is a much laid back bear, who lives for the moment and who has fun with simple things. Come to think of it, he is a very Zen kind of guy.

In a very upbeat song, he teaches us that, once we leave our worries and strife behind and let go of pre-conceived expectations, the bare necessities of life will come to us.

He then demonstrates his principles by walking around the jungle with open arms, ready to receive and what happens? Lo and behold, melons fall in his hands, fruit appear from everywhere, trees are used to scratch his back, he is inundated with the abundance of the world and all his needs are met.

Now, what exactly is going on here?

I like to think that, allegorically, Baloo is our mind, the one that trusts in the Law of Attraction and always expects the good that is coming to us. And that is what we call alignment. When aligned with the universe, our thoughts can only manifest the good and the plenty that exists.

Have you ever been in a situation where you needed help with something and out of the blue a person shows up in your life to fulfill this very need? Have you ever had a flat tire in a freeway in the wee hours without a cell phone only to see that within 5 minutes, a police car or a highway maintenance truck passes by and stops to give you a hand? Have you been undecided about something or in crisis and in need of spiritual or moral support and suddenly you best friend calls you to tell you exactly what you need to hear?2239

That and more mean to be in alignment. Alignment is when you know for a fact that God provides, or if you prefer, the Universe provides for all your needs.

You go on about life knowing that the world is incredibly abundant and that there is always enough for you to use, share, and spare, be it money, water, gas, food, air, love, beauty. You know that no matter what happens to you, it is all good because it comes from universal love.

You know that there is nothing you cannot do, be, or have. You know that every situation you find yourself in is an opportunity to grow in spirit. You know you can manifest everything your heart truly desires. You know that the more you give the more you will receive. You know that your positive thoughts bring about positive manifestations.

You know you can relax and chill out. Because it is after all your world and your universe and the goodness of it all will only work wonders to fulfill your every need. You know that you are a beloved child of God, to whom all things are possible.

So do as Baloo: forget about your worries and strife. Open your arms to receive the abundance of this magnificent Universe of ours.

The Law of Attraction - "It Doesn't Work"

Here's how you can breakthrough the "it doesn't work" barrier once and for good...

If you want to experience your first mini-miracle, it really isn't as difficult as you may think. In fact, it should be quite exciting!

What you need to do is first choose a small item that you'd like to have manifest. Maybe it's a delicious dinner, a cup of coffee, to see a cat, a good parking space, to find a great movie or to go out on Saturday night with some friends.

As you're just starting out, it's always best to pick something small to start with. By "small" what I mean is something that you're already accustomed to having in your life.

After all, you've already had a delicious dinner before, you've already seen a cat before and you've been out with friends on a Saturday night. This means your resistance to these things happening again is very low.

If you would to start off with wanting $100,000 but you'd never made $100,000 before then your resistance to this happening is going to be huge. It would take a lot of time to bring you into alignment with that desire, and that is why we're going to start with something small.

Okay, now you've got your "small" manifestation in mind, what I want you to do is begin visualizing it with your minds eye.

If you're used to meditating, then it's a good idea to do this whilst meditating. If not, then don't worry, just close your eyes and begin imagining your desire.

See your desire as if it had already happened.5B4

See yourself eating that delicious meal.

See yourself sipping on that cup of coffee.

See yourself playing with that cat.

See yourself parking in that parking space.

See yourself out with your friends.

Whatever the desire that you chose, see yourself doing it.

Live it in your mind!

Now, whilst you're doing this begin to include emotion into your visualization. This is really easy to achieve... simply do something that's enjoyable in the visualization.

So if you're sipping coffee in your minds eye, then sit back and relax a while. Soak up some of those good feelings that you get from just doing nothing.

If you're playing with that cat, then make that time extra fun. Start laughing and running around the room with a bit of string.

Do whatever it takes for you to enjoy the situation. And live those feelings!

Do this for about 10-20 minutes or as long as feels comfortable for you.

And lastly... forget about it.

Yes! Forget about your manifestation!

Don't give any more attention to it.

Forget you did the visualization.

Forget you're manifesting anything.

Visualize for the pleasure of feeling good.

The main reason why newcomers to the Law of Attraction cry that "it doesn't work" is because they are visualizing in order to receive their stuff. Yes, you WILL receive your stuff but if you visualize in order to get more stuff, you car5A6ry two emotions with you...

The first emotion is of feeling good about your visualization - this is obviously a good thing. Yet, you'll also be carrying a second emotion with you that is similar to "I don't have my stuff".

The Law of Attraction hears your vibration and not your words or thoughts. What you feel is what you get. So by doing a visualization for the purpose of getting more stuff is the wrong attitude. Visualize because it feels good visualizing! That way you will be sending out a pure and positive vibration which in turn will yield you desired results.

Checklist To Know You Have Found Law Of Attraction

As I see it the law of attraction is a force that everyone can tap into. This force is a guiding force that once realized will guide you to your true purpose in life. You can tap into this force by just acknowledging that it is there. My main purpose is to give a check list of signs that will let you know that you have found the guiding force called Law of Attraction. Once you start realizing that the signs are appearing in your life you can begin to trust that you are on the right path, and at the exact spot that you need to be. You can then begin to attract what you desire in life. These could be a better job, a new business opportunity, better health, or better relationships. It is truly up to you, as to what you can attract to your life. Remember there is much more to be learned once the signs start appearing, so keep in touch.

1. Unexplained coincidences start to show up when you least expect it. Keep in mind the more you are aware of these possible coincidences the easier it will be to tap in to the power of the experience.

2. Life moves at a smoother pace, with no more struggles. There is a flow to your experiences that tell you that you are headed in the right direction. You trust that everything is in harmony. You can begin to follow your dreams.

3. Your thoughts become pleasant thoughts. You realize that your thoughts are the guiding force to attract what you truly desire. You begin to use them to your advantage.

4. Your ambitions or dreams feel like they are only a moment away from being fulfilled. In actuality your dreams can be fulfilled in this very moment if you truly believe in them.

Attraction - The Power to Ride Alternate Time Lines

Please never lose sight of the fact that this idea of "alternate time lines" is only a model of reality. The model is not the real thing, nor will it ever be.

This is true of every model, by the way. When physicists speak of electrons and neutrons, photons and positrons, we're tempted to assume they're describing -- precisely and exactly -- the chunks that make up the physical Universe around us.

But they're not describing reality. Those learned men and women are telling us about their best theories. They have drawn up models -- maps -- of the Universe around us, but their maps are constantly being redrawn, reworked and revised to accommodate new discoveries.

And the techniques you're learning in your Law of Attraction work, of using alternate time lines to create a better life for yourself, well, they're a model also. A map. A picture that accounts for most or all of the observed phenomena around us.

But the map is not the reality. It's only a working tool.

When you set out to take a vacation, you look at your map, you study it closely, but you don't try to take your vacation on the map. You only use the map as a reference to help you navigate through reality.

And these alternate time lines are the same. They're your map, and you can be using them to get where you want to go. But whatever you do, don't try to live your new life in your map. That's what you've got reality for.

Mentally rehearse new sce5A8nes. Imagine you and your newfound love dancing the night away together. Count all the money you're going to receive soon. Preview your healthy body as you see yourself being healed. Anticipate the respect and admiration in the eyes of others when you achieve the success you rightly deserve. Yes, spend enough time there to bring it into reality, but don't make the mistake of spending all of your time in your map.

I'll talk more about this in another article, but for now just let me urge you -- be ready to balance inner work with outer work. They're both necessary. Neither will accomplish the entire job alone.

Siddhartha Great Enlightenment

Law Of Attraction - Stop Putting Off Feeling Good Until Later And Feel Better Now!

I have learned a lot about the Law of Attraction over the years, and one of the most important lessons I learned was one of the hardest for me to put into praB68ctice. But once I did learn -- it was a whole new world.

It is the lesson of simply feeling good now regardless of the circumstances. Not waiting until this was done first, or that was accomplished before I would allow myself to feel better.

There is a favorite quote of mine from Abraham-Hicks that simply says "You can never get it wrong and you can never get it done." At first the last part may seem a little disheartening because unconsciously many of us believe that there is an invisible finish line somewhere, but if you think about it truly you will realize that one doesn't exist.

Think back if you will and see if this sounds familiar to you.

    1. As soon as I am done with high school and become an adult, then I will be happy.

    2. As soon as I graduate college and start my new career than I will be happy.

    3. As soon as I get that promotion, then I will be happy.

    4. As soon as I meet the person of my dreams and get married, then I will be happy.

    4. As soon as I own my own home, then I will be happy.

    5. As soon as I have 2.5 children, then I will be happy.

    6. As soon as my children are old enough to feed and clothe themselves, then I will be happy.

    7. As soon as my children are old enough to move out of the house, then I will be happy.

    8. As soon as I retire, then I will be happy.

According to the list above we will not allow ourselves to be happy until age 75! Not to mention that the list above is not even half of it. How about all those times you told yourself, as soon as I get that bonus check, lose those 10 extra pounds, get the construction finished on the house, etc.?

The fact of the matter is, we do not ever get it done, and nor are we supposed to. We are creative beings. We are here to create always -- in all ways! If it was "all done" we would have no reason to be here anymore.

So if the above statement is true, there is no sense in putting off happiness until... because there will never be an until. We will always be desiring more.

Now some people might consider this a conundrum. Such as a which is it? Should I just be happy with what I have or should I always strive to create more?

The answer to that is both! Be as happy as you can right now with what you have as well as look with excitement at the more you can create! It is simply a myth that says a happy, content person is an unmotivated one. In fact, if you look around you - you will find the opposite is true.

It is the happy, confident, satisfied people who can make a success of everything they touch. They are the ones with all of the friends and connections! They are the ones that have everything just fall into place almost effortlessly. They are the ones who don't mind taking a new risk because they are the ones not basing their self worth on the fa5B4ilure or success of that risk. They are the ones who say cheerfully "Oh well, that didn't work out, I'll just give something else a shot!"

And this attitude of coarse brings us back to how the Law of Attraction really works. When you are on a positive vibrational level more good things come to you.

So stop waiting to be happy! Write down all the positives in your life right now. Spend your time appreciating every little thing. Start realizing that just because you are happy does not mean that you will not want to accomplish anything more. Realize it is just the opposite. Knowing that you don't "need" more to be happy takes the pressure off. Knowing that you can be happy regardless of the circumstances makes any "goals" much less intimidating.

So enjoy high school now and appreciate all the new experiences; enjoy college and the fun of learning something new; enjoy your singledom and appreciate the freedom of being able to do whatever you want to do whenever you want, enjoy taking care of the very young ones and appreciate that all they need in this world to be happy is you, enjoy the ones who are growing older now and saying and doing the funniest things, enjoy the current job - do it to the best of your ability and enjoy the company of your coworkers as you work up the corporate ladder. You get the idea. Find all of the positives in every position you find yourself in while striving to create even better expe460riences.

One day when you look back, you will feel so much satisfaction knowing that you enjoyed every single minute of your journey, that there is not a spare minute for regrets.

Happy Creating!

Law of Attraction Manifestation Exercise #9 - List of 100 Things

O.K. So in learning how to use the Law of Attraction you have realized the basics. Think positively - not negatively. Positive brings good results -- negative brings bad. I'm pretty sure we all have that part clear.

So the next question is...How do I think positively when many things in my life are negative right now?

The answer is purposeful mental distraction.

I have written some articles previously about using Mental Distraction5B4 but hadn't put them in exercise forms so I will do so now.

It is almost impossible to go from a very negative vibration to a very positive one. It is simply too big a jump. As you have probably also discovered for yourself, it is much harder and it takes a lot longer to accomplish any task you might need to when you are in a negative state as opposed to a strong positive one.

Therefore, it is reasonable to say that it is in your best interest to put yourself in a more positive place mentally before trying to tackle any important task. For the good of you and for the good of the task.

While there are many different ways to accomplish this mental transition, I am going to offer a quick and easy one that you can do in as little as 15 minutes.

You can either grab a pencil or paper or go right to your computer and open a word processing sheet.

The exercise is to write down 100 things that you enjoy doing. That's right enjoy doing. Not a list of what you would like to accomplish in the future (that is another exercise), but simply write down things you have enjoyed in the past and currently.

For instance:

1. Going to your favorite restaurant and enjoying your favorite meal.
2. Having a night to yourself to read a great book
3. A large snowstorm that gives you no choice but to cuddle on the couch and watch television all day.
4. A walk on the beach at sunset.
5. Bowling a g5B4reat game with your teammates cheering you on
6. Winning even the smallest amount of money in a casino
7. Having a great laugh with your friends
8. Cheering on your favorite sports team when they make an unbelievable play
9. Singing and dancing around the room when no one is watching to your favorite song
10. Spending a solid hour on YouTube watching people do things you would never attempt doing 11. Getting into a warm bed on a cold night.
12. The first night with newly laundered sheets on the bed
13. Enjoying relaxing in a spotlessly clean house
14. The first taste of that hot cup of coffee in the morning
15. The refreshing taste of that tropical drink on the beach, or that cold beer after a hard days physical work

Anyway, you get the gist of it. The point is to write down things that cause you to say "Ummm, yes I do love that."

You will be surprised how much calmer and appreciative you will feel after you have mentally relived this feeling 100 times over in a 15 minute period.

The next steps are to:

1. Save the list so you can go back to it anytime you need a mental boost or when you remember something that you would like to add

2. Pick one or two that you will do in the next few days as a reward to yourself for the tasks you will accomplish today.

If you can't think of 100 things at this moment, even better. Because that means you can spend all your me5A8ntal time coming up with more. Instead of thinking about upcoming bills on your ride home tonight, come up with more things you love to do. Instead of thinking about being angry at the kids for leaving their jacket in the middle of the floor, come up with more things you love to do.

The most important part of this exercise is not the actual list mind you, but the exercise of consciously redirecting your thoughts to positive things as opposed to negative. Retraining your brain, if you will.

So go now and write your list. Change your negative thoughts and thereby your negative vibrations right now. You might be surprised at the difference in the way that you feel from such a simple process.

Wishful Thinking

Teaching Children the Law of Attraction

Each one of us possesses all the tools to have all that we desire in our lives through intentionally applying the Law of Attraction. So can you imagine what it would be like to be a child of the Law of Attraction; to apply the Law of Attraction intentionally from childhood? Think of how wonderful life would be, and life's bumps would seem less potent.

Children naturally live the LOA until they begin to communicate and are told by others what is right and wrong for them. So how do you raise a child to understand and apply the Law of Attraction without encouraging and creating a little monster with no manners? Just because you are teaching them to apply the LOA doesn't mean you let them get away with everything because you thing you might be encroaching upon their world.

Children are like the intuitive mind. That is where they live until we show them the logical mind. We continually teach them about the logical mind and what we perceive is right or wrong, and parents teach their children what to be afraid of and what dangers there are through their own life perceptions. Your children get this passed on to them, just like it was passed on to you.

But how wonderful would it be to teach our children how to use their intuitive minds as well as the logical mind while putting more emphasis on the intuitive? Let's teach our children how to create without fear so when they grow up that is all they kn5B4ow. They could become the great creators of their lives and have all they desire...love, gratitude, joy, health, financial abundance, relationships, career, just like they would want it. And just like you want it for them.

Every one of us carries baggage of some sort and even if we aren't responsible for it, our children will most likely inherit the same baggage. But if they are equipped with the tools to teach them how to release their baggage early on, they will avoid dragging a baggage cart through life. Let's teach our children the Law of Attraction now so they can have a Law of Attraction lifetime of intentional creation.

Children learn by example. The best thing you can do for your child is to show how to live life joyously and be grateful for their lives. By observing how you live through the Law of Attraction, your child will begin to create perceptions of life. Make sure you are applying the Law of Attraction intentionally so they will 'perceive' how life works. Then when they become adults, they will apply the LOA effortlessly.

You will have shown them how to live life gratefully, effortlessly, and with love through the Law of Attraction.

Stop Over Complicating The Law of Attraction

Far too many people are over complicating the Law of Attraction. They think that because they haven't been able to make it work for them that it has to be hard and difficult to make it work.

"There must be something more. It can't possibly be that simple."

The truth of the matter is, the Law of Attraction is as predictable as gravity and is incredibly easy to deliberately manipulate if you know how to do it.

To make it easier on your mind, you must first realize that everything in your life has already been created by you and the Law of Attraction. Whether you wanted it or not, you attracted it into your life. I cannot manifest for you, and you cannot manifest for anyone else. What you attract is what you will get.

After realizing that you have created it all, you should now be aware that you've already been using the Law of Attraction even if you weren't aware of it. This is the level of simplicity you need to get to.

Next, you need to understanding how things become attracted to you. They are attracted to you by the vibration that you're sending out to the universe.

Your words affect your thoughts.

Your thoughts affect your emotions.

Your emotions affect your vibration.

Your vibration is what the universe hears.

There's two ways in which you can deliberately manifest more of the stuff that you do want into your life.

Believe it - When you visualize, meditate and make vision boards the sole purpose for doing them is so that you invoke feelings as if you already have your desires. Then, as soon as you really do believe it, the Law of Attraction matches up what you believe to be true.

Feel good - The Law of Attraction is always paying attention to your vibration, whatever that may be. So if you feel good then you're going to be attracting anything that you consider to be good in those moments when you're feeling good.

That's as basic and as simple as it gets. There's nothing more you need to know in order to deliberately manifest your hearts desires. You either do whatever it takes to believe it is true or you feel good as much as possible.

I prefer to feel good as much as possible. This then helps me to lead a joyous lifestyle where I drop thoughts and because I feel good, the manifestations are attracted to me without even giving the specific desires my full attention. It's a beautiful way to live.

What Are You Attracting Today?

A few weeks ago when I sat down for my morning meditation I began to write affirmations as they came to me and what came to me was a series of "Today I am attracting..." affirmations.

I realized that I was getting clear on what I want to attract into my life... for when we are not clear on what we want to attract and do so deliberately, we are always attracting by default.

The Law of Attraction is at work at all times... not just when we want to use it.

Hmmm.... think about that.

If what we attract to us is a result of the thoughts we are thinking, and we are not conscious of the thoughts we are thinking, and therefore attracting whatever it is we are UN-consiously thinking, who knows what we will get?

It certainly will not be what we WANT to attract if we have not defined what it is we DO want to attract... right?

So, I share with you today the affirmations that ca975me to me in the hope that they will be of benefit to you and to encourage you to decide every day what it is you want to attract to you.

You may use these affirmations as you please and also add your own to consciously attract what you want each day.

Today I am attracting motivated souls who want to make a difference in the world.

Today I am attracting people who are inspired to get into business with me.

Today I am attracting inspirational guidance to make the most of my day.

Today I am attracting new customers and business partners who have money and motivation.

Today I am attracting new income streams.

Today I am attracting new friends.

Today I am attracting resources to expand my business.

Today I am attracting wealth, abundance and well being.

Today I am attracting a greater love for myself.

Today I am attracting a clear mind.

Today I am attracting clarity.

Today I am attracting the ability to eliminate activities and beliefs that no longer serve my divine purpose.

Today I am attracting divine inspiration.

Today I am attracting love.

What are you attracting today?

What will you attract tomorrow?
